1. Security deposit is required for all booking to secure the date. Security Deposit is non-refundable. Unless we can not show up at your appointment time. Due to the nature of a mobile service, in the event of traffic jam, vehicle technical issues, inclement weather, etc, our tech will reach out to you to possibly reschedule or refund your security deposit. Your security deposit count toward your final amount. 

2. No-show/Late: there is a 10 mins waiting time for each appointment. If there is a schedule conflict, our tech will have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, security deposit is non-refundable. 

3. We do not come inside client's place to provide service. All service will be done in our van. 

4. Cancellation/ reschedule if you must change your appointment. We can reschedule your appointment if needed with a 24 hours notice, security deposit is non-refundable. 

5. Payment: we accept credit card and cash. We do not accept check. Tips are greatly appreciated. 

6. Parking: it is client's responsibility to ensure there is a clear parking space for our van. The Doué Van is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 144WB.

6. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
